Is my child's data safe?
Yes! Your child's privacy is our top priority. Photos are securely uploaded for story generation and are not used for any other purpose. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing or advertising. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app's Settings.

How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Crafted Stories. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. To restore a previous purchase, use the Restore Purchases option in the app.
Do I need an internet connection?
You'll need internet to generate new stories, but once created, stories are saved to your device and can be read offline anytime.
